Folklore is a mini-orchestra started in Athens GA in 2005 and currently based in Philadelphia PA. Lead by singer/ songwriter Jimmy Hughes, the band releases concept albums which present stories lyrically structured around a musical landscape orchestrated in whichever direction the song/story goes with woodwinds, brass horns, strings, and much more.
