about

From January to June 2021, while working on our next album, Folklore was also working on a project creating sometimes funny, always absurd, video shorts with contributions from friends from all across the country. We created one episode per week for 16 weeks straight, and when original music was needed for a video, Jimmy and Steve of Folklore created jingles and theme songs within our weekly deadline. The results were some strange off-brand songs and several instrumental tracks (all credited under various pseudonyms) that we felt were worth sharing, if not for your enjoyment, then just to let you know what we were up to for the past year as a band. We are also working on a proper album that will be out later this year. In the meantime, please enjoy Constellations Form And Fall Apart: Dadurday Light Soundtrack, Vol.1 as an encouraged free-listen.
